Physics confusion I need to clear

My question is on Work and Force.

Suppose two coolies , Coolie A and Coolie B lifts a same load on a roof of bus in 1 minute and 2 minutes respectively , they both do same work.

My confusion is that :

We know , Work = Force × Displacement

Here the distance remains same from ground to roof.

But my question is that how the force remains same since Coolie A takes less time than coolie B then force of coolie A must be less than coolie B hence work should be different. Then how work done is same?

actually,

w=S F.dx                                                   (S is integration)

   =S F.v.dt                                                 (dx=v dt)

since, dx=constant

therefore v.dt=constant

if dt is more than velocity will be less

and if dt is less than velocity will be more

both coolies do same quantity of work

work/displacement=force

work is same and displacement is same

therefore, Force is same.

now you ask they take diferent time.

Let me explain u that,

displacement=velocity*time

Here displacement is same, but time is different 

Therefore coolies apply force with different velocities

as simple as that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But Force is constant

Yes I am an Indian . When force is applied at different velocities how can the force be same. Suppose i kicked a ball running 50 km  per hour and you kicked it running 100 km per hour . You must have put greater force than me.then how both the forces are same ?
