An organizing committee is formulated by identifying individuals with potential

The committee members should have a common objective towards advocating for the needs of
the workers and must be ready to educate their co-workers about the importance of joining the
union.
Step 2: Adopting an issues program
The established organizing committee develops a program that entails the demands that a
