let the number of boxes sell be d(x), then e have 

d(x) = c0 -12x 

200 = c0 - 12*19 

c0 = 448

d(x) = 448-12*x

the profit p(x)

p(x) = d(x) (x-3) = (448-12x)(x-3) = (484x-12x^2-1344)

let dp/dx = 484-24x = 0 

 x = 20.17 = 20

the selling price is $20
