hello i need help with this question -3/11 divided by (-6/7)
Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!
-3/11 divided by (-6/7)
-3/11 multiply by -7/6 (note conversion of division of fraction into multiplication numerator became denomenator)
so you have to find the same denominator which will be 77
-3/11/-6/7 (note:here is double division hence -7 will be moved to numerator)
0r another method
note:divided by (-6/7) is converted into multiply by -7/6
once again note:fraction((-6/7)) when multiply with another fraction....denominator and numerator interchange....its a basic math rule.....you should understand that ok
-3/11 * or multiply -7/6
now -3*7 and 11 * 6 note minus - minus cancel each other
proof check on line calculator on google.....enter the two fraction will give the same answer ok.proof
