Discuss what challenges an HR department may face when their company decides to expand into other countries. Do you think it would be beneficial if the company that is expanding is already affiliated with an international union? How would it affect the challenges that HR is already faced with?

These are the cousequences or problems which will affect the hyman resouce department if the company expands to othert countries .They include;

Education-it hinders how the extent to which company want to operate in acertain country because of lack of skilled labour

Economic systems-this affects the organisation  compensation systems of recruiting and selecting decision 

Culture- it influences members behaviour attitude because of being in a different country 

Political legal systems- people in this case tend to behave diffferently according to the country they are because many countries have their own way of running their politics

this factors all affect the growth due to the above differences
