  3. Prepare a mission statement that encompasses the purpose of the business and considers its target market.
  4. Identify the ownership form for this business, taking into consideration tax implications, liability exposure, managerial ability, and cost of formation.

The business idea
In this case, the business idea that I have selected is to open up a business that will be
a fast food restaurant. The purpose of the restaurant is to offer fast food services to the
working community. The business aims to get to the level of McDonald's, KFC, and even
Pizza Hut by the time the business will be around 20 years old. The goal will be to open up a
chain of companies in the United States and have outlets in each state and business. This is
the long-term goal. The short-term goal, however, will be to start a fast food restaurant and
manage to attract customers who will be regular customers in the business and who will
become loyal.
The company that will be started will be formed will be called Vegies Fast Food
restaurant (VFF). The business will have one goal to attract customers who are vegans. The
