At a homeowners association meeting a board member can vote yea,vote no,or obstain on a motion.There are 3 motions on which each board member must vote.  (  a) Determine number of points in the same space.(b)Determine the probability that a board member would say yes on exactly 1 of the motions.(c)Determine the probability that a board member votes yes on a least one motion

a) 3^3=27 points in the sample space, b), assume he vote equal likely on any of the motion, then we have 

P= C(3,1)*2*2/27 = 4/9 

c)  P = 1- 2*2*2/27 = 19/27
