so no of electron more less reducing power

U4+  + 1e  ------   U 3+                Eed  =   -1.80       

higher the reduction potential in negative it will be more reducing agent so 

I arranged the above on on the basis of reducing power    

.U4+/U3+  > U3+/ U > MnO4-/Mn2+
