Fluorescence spectroscopy is a very efficient way which is used

to determine the concentration of an analyte solution based on its
fluorescent properties.


Absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy are the heart of life

science laboratory techniques



Fluorescence has a number of properties which define
how it works.



Life time is the average time a molecule can stay in its
excited stated before emitting a photon and go to the
ground state.



The range of the life time of a molecule is picosecond to
hundreds of nanoseconds



To get the life time of a molecule, you can use the time
domain method or frequency domain method.



The life time of the molecule is known by quenching,
polarization and FRET.

Carbazole


Carbazole is a heterocyclic compound that is aromatic with a tricyclic
structure of six benzene rings fused together on either side of a
nitrogen ring that is five membered (Yoshiyama, 2018).



The following are the biological properties of Carbazole:
 Cell

permeability- Carbazole is able to penetrate inside cells
rapidly and cross all membrane. Carbazole accumulation in cells
