1. Goal is a set of standard that one has to reach or the desired result one anticipate to accomplish while an objective is the measured steps that one follows in order to accomplish a strategy.

2. yes it is possible for company to have multiple strategy

3. the nature of goals of the company determines which strategy is used in the company.
