Abstract

Mental disorders are illnesses that affect the psychological or cognitive aspect of human
health. Many events and happenings cause mental disorders of different kinds among people.
Mental disorders include illnesses such as anxiety, stress, posttraumatic disorders and depression.

previously the patient enjoyed. Depression also changes the sleep patterns by either increasing
the desire for sleep or lack of sleep in addition to low concentration.
