No it should not be allowed.Some of the reasons includes

      1.At will employments do experience such impropto firing. For example if the manager of a given company is changed,the incoming one can decide to fire the employees he or she feels like.

     2.In the case where a valid contract of hiring exists ,the employees are immune to firing so long as they honour all the clauzes enclosed in their contract
