Should the law allow an employer to fire an employee without a good reason? Conduct research to provide examples to support your position and use your own personal employment experiences when possible.

No it should not be allowed.Some of the reasons includes

      1.At will employments do experience such impropto firing. For example if the manager of a given company is changed,the incoming one can decide to fire the employees he or she feels like.

     2.In the case where a valid contract of hiring exists ,the employees are immune to firing so long as they honour all the clauzes enclosed in their contract
