Compare and contrast the different methods for factoring trinomials of the form ax^2 + bx + c.

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

we have three methods of factorization

1.complete square method

2.factorization method

solution

ax^2+bx+c=0

ax^2+bx=-c divide by a

x^2+bx/a=-c/a half the coeficient of x

x^2+(b/2a)^2=-c/a+(b/2a)^2

(x+b/2a)^2=b^2/4a^2 -c/a

when you complete solving you will get quadratic formula
