Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

If you follow these steps seriously, not only in biology you can score very good marks in every subjects.
Pick a clean and quiet study area with few distractions. If you cannot find a room that is suitable at home, go to your local library.
Gather your study materials. Be sure to include flashcards, a pen or pencil, scratch paper, notes, and the textbook.

Schedule your study time. You will learn and remember more by spacing out several shorter study sessions over a longer period of time rather than cramming it in at the last minute. If you plan to have a long session, be sure to take plenty of breaks.

Read through the assigned chapters in the textbook. Write down what you remember (in your own words) from each page after you read it and write any definitions on the flashcards. Go back over them and fill in any missing details before continuing to the next page.
Read through your class notes. Write what you remember after reading each page, put definitions on the flashcards, and fill in any details you missed at the end.

Create a study guide that will also act as a mock test. Write the major concepts and definitions down as a list.
Study for the mock test. Go over the notes you took from the textbook, the summary of your class notes, and the flashcards.

Take the mock test. Get a separate sheet of paper and, just like you did with each set of notes, write down everything you can remember for each concept or definition. If any of your answers were too shallow, study the material on them again, and try to write out everything about them that you can until your answers are more detailed.

Take the final answers from the mock test and use them to study for the real test. At this point, you shouldn't need to look back on any other notes or definitions, you have thoroughly assimilated all of the information.

Tackle the real test with confidence! Lay out your clothes for the next morning, go to bed at a reasonable time, get up early for a last minute review, and eat a nutritious breakfast. Visualize yourself doing well on the test. You already know the material, all you have to do is stay relaxed so it will flow out on test day.

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
