a  line perpendicular to another  have the following  gradient relation

in y=mx+c,  ........;m is the gradient,

for perpendicular lines, m1*m2=-1

slope of  y=5x-7=5

m2=-5

new equation=

{y-y1}=-5{x-x1}

y- -2=-5[x-6]

y+2=-5x+30

y=-5x+28
