Sources of Power in the Media
Different powers are exercised by workers in various organizations. In the media
fraternity, some of the personalities for example Television hosts, journalists and radio presenters
execute the powers very well. These powers includes; expert power, legitimate power, reward
power, coercive power and referent power. The powers enhances the careers of the respective
personalities as well as establishing control over their surroundings. In the media, it is to the
advantage of the media personalities in their organizational and the public relation at large. This
