Self-concepts

Refers to the beliefs that an individual has about themselves (Elliott 2013). Some of the
self-concepts that apply to me include;
Understanding – refers to the ability of an individual to analyze a situation and resonate
in a way that would indicate they well understand the situation. I usually take my time before
making a decision hence I am able to cope with different situations.
Competency – this is the ability of an individual to meet the set standards. I usually take
my time to complete any tasks bestowed upon me. As such, I am also able to set goals and
accomplish them.
Extrovert – it is the approach by an individual to share their feelings with others. This
