The scenario that I have selected is secure cyberspace. With advancement in technology
computer systems have been part of management in everyday lives. Apart from engineering,
there is field expertise that is required in this case such as management and IT expertise. For this
project, one is to identify personnel that have disciplinary skills and knowledge such that they
may identify problems underlying cyberspace and coming up with solutions. The human
resource would play a critical role in ensuring that human needs and resources are catered for.
Those with engineering and IT know-how would help in identifying the underlying problems in
cyberspace and coming up with solutions.
Project management is essential in securing cyberspace in any organization. All the same,
