Primary endosymbiosis is the process in which a eukaryote engulfs another living prokaryote.
Secondary endosymbiosis is when a eukaryote cell engulfs another eukaryote cell that has undergone primary endosymbiosis.
So in short, a eukaryote feeds on a prokaryote(primary). Then the eukaryote is fed onto by another eukaryote.(secondary)
Basically it is one eukaryote feeding on another prokaryote via a fellow eukaryote.
