Importance of effective communication
The only goal of communication is the information delivery to the required parties without
distortion. Effective communication not only allows the statement delivery but also ensures
satisfaction for both parties involved in communication. Communication is however very much
important in ensuring a good relationship and assuring its success.
Like in any other relationship, I n therapeutic relationship, nurses needs to ensure a good
communication between them and their patients. This relationship when good avoids unwanted
problems. Also it gives strength in the trust level respect and honesty for each other and a
relationship.
Similarities and differences
