1. From the video, there are several things that I have learned in the articles.

from your close competitors and know what you are supposed to do to make
your brand better. In other words, you can realize your weakness, and what your
competitor is doing better than you. With this knowledge, you work towards being
on the same page and defeating them in the future. You are also able to
understand how the public relates to your brand and if they enjoy your services.
Finally, the friends created help in marketing your brand and services beyond
bounders because it is enjoyable.
Consistency and involvement. As Adams says, he wants to get out there and
compete more often in different competitions. One thing I learned about a
salesperson is that one should get out there to meet with people and competitors
from different brands to gain experience. This is evident when Adams talks about
frequently competing because he represents a brand that needs to be known.
