Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

Traverse is the shared trade of relating sections of non-sister chromatids of homologous chromosomes at the pachytene substage of meiosis I to deliver new hereditary recombinations.

In light of traverse no one but, recombinations can happen.

The trading of sections between the non-sister chromatids of two homologues is exact to the point that neither of the two additions or loses any quality.

In the event that they don't experience traverse, then no recombination will occur thus, a significant part of the parental characteristics will be found in the offsprings called as 'Linkage'.

I will send you a mail on this.
