business is focusses on offering customers all salon products and services at cheaper prices, as
well as offering customers unique services. The business strives to incorporate all new
technology into service delivery to ensure that customers get satisfaction. The major services
provided at the premises include;
Hair care: shampoo, haircut, conditioning, curls, hair dyeing, perms, threading (upper
lips, eyebrows), hair coloring.
Nails care: manicures, pedicures, polishes, foot massage
Skin care: waxing, massages, facials, make up,
The business has had an upward trend in sales revenues for the past four years. Although the
company had management issues in the past, the change of management in the past five years
has truly changed the image and market position of the company. Getting capital boost will
ultimately help the business to grow and expand, offering more jobs to citizens, as well as
putting a shine and contentment on the many clients we serve.
Mission
A strong market oriented mission statement is one that captures customer needs, and
shows to clients how the company benefits them. It is a reflection of the value of the business to
the customers. In this case, the company’s mission is to use continuous upgrade of style,
technology, tools, and products to offer more elegance, style, as well as body and mental
nourishment to clients. This mission is in line with offering current beauty styles and trends to
