Human resource practices are imperative process essential in promoting organization success and
attainment of the primary corporate goals and objectives. Besides, the practices have been
associated with companies gaining competitive advantages over their rivals operating in the same
market. Notably, some of the human resource practices entail the rigorous recruitment process in
an organization, training, and development for the employees, development of comprehensive
compensation process as well as workers performance administration system. Subsequently,
offering staffs with a conducive working environment is another imperative HR practices
associated with improved employees productivity and corresponding attaining of the corporate
bottom line. The objective of this paper is to evaluate Walmart Corporation and the HR practices
used and applied in the company, which has prompted into the admiration of the enterprise.
