3In(BrO3)3 ----------  3InBr3 +27/2 O2

MOLES OF INDIUM BROMATE:

Moles = given mass/molecular mass

Moles = 7.5/242.7202

Moles= 0.0308 mol of In(BrO3)3

MOLE RATION OF REACTANT AND PRODUCTS:

3 In(BrO3)3 = 3InBr3

0.0308 mol of In(BrO3)3 = (3*0.0308)/3

  = 0.0308 mol of InBr3

1InBr3 = 9Br-

0.0308 mol of InBr3 = (9*0.0308)/1

  = 0.2780mol of Br-

AgNO3 + Br- -------- AgBr + NO3-

1Br- = 1AgNO3

0.2780 mol Br- = (1*0.2780)/1

  = 0.2780mol AgNO3

Molarity of AgNO3 = mol of AgNO3/volume in L

Volume in L = mol of AgNO3/ molarity of AgNO3

Volume in L = 0.2780/0.1

Volume of AgNO3 required = 2.7809L
