On the marketing plan, the consumers sent feedback that depicted all the limitation that
made the business plan unsuccessful. These limitations include; poor methods of advertising,
inadequate involvement of promotional activities, undetailed application of online marketing,
improper communication with the customers and lack of adequately structured strategies that will
result to the improvement of sales and increase in revenue. These inadequacies provided need to
be worked on for better results. However, if these given feedbacks could be corrected, then
everything else could work out well, and sales would increase.
From the given feedback, I would follow cetin steps to improve the performance regarding
marketing management. The measures that I would support include; first, I will develop a plan that
will guide me on how to improve my performance. I would create actions that will result in an
improvement in my field. Secondly, seeking assistance from experts who will help me improve
my performance or operations. The selected expert will observe, make, suggestions and help me
in making some adjustments that will result in better outcomes. Thirdly, I would put in use the
new actions that I will have learned from the expert. These will be the new skills that I will have
learned from the feedback given. Regular practice on the acquired skills will help in providing a
more positive response to the parties concerned (Charter, 2002). The fourth step is, reflecting on
the outcomes or the results. After applying the new or the acquired skills from the expert, I will
examine the possible impacts that can result from these skills.

The process of pricing is fundamental regarding the status of customers. If the prices are
high them only a few customers will be able to purchase most of the commodities at a high price.
But a fair amount will attract so many customers. Most of the companies should, therefore, adopt
better pricing and distribution strategies. Several factors should be considered when structuring

of goods sold, then shipping is essential as after-sales service. Products should always be made
