Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!
Chronic juvenile offenders are youths who have been arrested four or more times during their minority and perpetuate a striking majority of significant portion of all delinquent behavior, these youth do not age out of crime but continue their behavior into adulthood.
A chronic juvenile offender can also be known as a career criminal. These types of people get this name by consistently committing crimes. Once they receive punishment for a crime they committed, they immediately go back to committing more crimes. It is a disease and they don't know any differently so they continue to live in crime. They like the risk and reward part of it. They don't care about the punishment because they know that is just part of the game. They do the crime knowing that they could be caught but they like the idea of the reward that they get.
