We use the concept of circumference in this case whereby  one successful turn is equal to 156/39


Circumference is given by Pi multiplied by the diameter.

letter the Diameter be x

Therefore the one turn = 3.14 * x

Thirty nine times of the above distance give us 156m

Therefore we can say

3.14x * 39 =156

122.46x = 156

x=156/122.6

x= 1.273885 

Round of to the nearest tenth gives

x=1.3

The diameter is 1.3m
