Introduction

According to Hofstede cultural dimension theory, cultural dimensions revolve around
cross-cultural communication, and these dimensions portray the impact of the culture that is in
the society on the values of members of that community (Jandt, 2017). This paper addresses the
six aspects that is, personal value, individualism versus collectivism, personal value, independent
versus, interdependent self-construal traits, horizontal vs. vertical personality traits and internal
versus external locus of control. The assessment score is analyzed concerning these six
dimensions after taking an assessment quiz.
