Training is usually undertaken to enhance workforce output, better working relations and environment. When lecture based training is considered,  the specialisation level of the task might be more demanding. The need to undergo lecture based training signifies the sensitivity of some tasks and technically approach on issues. When a new feature or area of job is being introduced,  lecture based training would be more appropriate for better understanding and critical thinking of the trainees.

Training could also be conducted online, through an application software where trainees would provided with resources,  including slide-shows. A live communication platform can also be ideal.

Technology has really transform the way training is contacted. Benefits of using technology as a training tool are great, some including; openness in trainees discussions, reduces the shyness when explain your shortcomings to colleagues. Attracts high privacy, leading to manipulation (e.g trainees may fake identity,  impersonating in this case.
