a-

solubility at 20  degrees =  34.0 gm kcl/100 gm water( from solubility tables)

  in 200 gms

  =34*200/100=  68gms of KCl

b-

solubility at 50 degrees = 42.4 gm kcl/ 100gms water ( from solubility tables)

  in 200 grams water

  =42.4*200/100 = 84.8 grams of kcl,

since we have 80 gms of kcl, all of it is dissolved.

  on cooling to 20 degrees

only 68 gm dissolves out of the total 80gms

  =crystallized kcl= 80- 68 = 12 grams of KCl
