in the organization as this helps in the assessment of the regard of the employees and the
methods that help in increasing the completion of the staffing methods in the organization. The
understaffing issues are related to the costs of the payroll, and this creates the need to focus on
the training of the employees and measures that are applied in the hiring process. The quality of
the services is essential as this focused on the volumes that the employees handle and this helps
in the assessment of the quality of work and the errors that arise where there is an increase in the
