1) There are various principle interactions between an aircraft and the environment. One of the
interactions is flight commands-aircraft interaction. Another principle interaction is the people
and payload-aircraft interaction. Maintenance-aircraft interaction is the other form of interaction
involved in the operation of the aircraft. The various interactions are different in their nature.
2) The people/payload-aircraft interaction is of the weight and balancing nature. The aircraft
needs to have a balance while in transit. As seen in the figure, the loads are placed below the
people. This attempts to enhance a balance where more weight is below the people. A balance on
the aircraft ensures that the aircraft is balanced and therefore has stamina in its journey.
