Competitive advantage is a superiority by an organization or nation that occurs when it
can provide a service or a product of a higher quality but on a lower price as compared to its
competitors (Porter, 2011).Through charging higher prices as a result of increased the value
through differentiation. Competitive advantage arises due to matching the most common
competencies to the opportunities. This paper will look into details ways the competitive
advantages that accrue and the main factors which influence the competitive advantage of a
country such which include government involvement, company agenda, premises, factor
indication, and the level of home demand in the United States of America.

National prosperity is domain in competition which is created not inherited. It does not
grow based on natural endowment, currency value, classical insists, labor or interest rates but it
depends on the value of industry innovation and upgrade. Many companies globally normally
gain advantage over world best competitor because of pressure and challenge. However mostly
local benefits normally accrue as a result of country possessing strong domestic rivals, high
demand of the local customers and aggressive home suppliers as indicted by (Porter, 2000) . As
the level of completion is increasingly developing in the global arenas many nations have
become less important sine the basis of competition has shifted to the assimilation of knowledge.
