  Toxic leadership is seen when leaders who in the first place should not be known as leader abuse his powers and harm other people under their power. These types of leader lack ethics as well as values of good leader. For that reason, there is no way toxic leader can be termed as an ethical leader. This perception differs with what happens in the real world such that most oppressive leaders are under the cover of the post they hold, for example, the president of a givennation is respected and viewed as the president, rather than being scrutinized for the unethical issues in his or her leadership. This is an issue because some leaders may think they are immune to the law and end up doing unethical practices without being noticed leave alone being tried.

To rectify this differences,the lesders shoould understand the law and live by the law,knowing that nobody is above the law and that justice shall prevail. They should also get an advised counsel when tackling crucial issues that may seemingly endup with ethical questionings
