Land ethics has evolved over the years to include a plethora of issues ranging from
economic, ecological, social and even political factors. Economic ethics in land issues revolves
around assuming that the government must manage land ownership and the related properties.
According to the proponents of the above theory, it is critical to determine that land becomes
feasible and attainable due to the decision to guarantee its individual use and the related factors.
The other philosophers argue that the practical and the liberal facets also tends to explain human
co-existence concerning the land ownership debacle. Besides, the utilitarian argument presents
