Almost each and every person who works on anything related to information security
has so much experience that one has gone through. There are those who got inspired by a popular
Hollywood film by the name “War Games”. The film is about the story of a hacker in his teenage
years who goes by the name David Lightman who is from Seattle. This young man manages to
get access into and hack into the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD). In
fact, he hacks into the mainframe program known as the War Operation Plan Response (WOPR).
Despite the fact that NORAD was more advanced than it is displayed in the film, they would still
rely heavily on computers beginning from the 1950s (Rooney, 2014).
This is a film that was very accurate in the details that were used and it turns out there
