Human resource is facing inevitable change of policy and approach in the wake of many forces within and outside the organisation. Skill work within the workforce is highly valued, organisations can strike gold in a short with exceptional experts on its workforce. The employees section may fail to work as a team, this can happen with the old and experience interacting with the young and skillful, the  role of HR maybe undermined. 

Demanding workers rights have forced organisations to restructure their human resource departments, in order to meet regulator requirements for a workplace environment. However, the HR can aid the organisations with coping with current regulations while maintaining work ethics. It's HRHR's responsibility to hire skillful workforce, present the organisation in clean picture.
