Employee behavior and attitudes in the workplace largely affect the general productivity
of the organization. The behavior of employees is also based on job design and how they interact
with their jobs. The article by Dr. David Holman and Dr. Carolyn Axtell reviews the effect of job
redesign on a broad range of employee outcomes based on a change of several job
characteristics. In this quasi-experimental study, the researchers used a U.K Civil Service agency
call center as the context for the research. The quasi experimental study was conducted
according to the scenarios planning method and the treatment group participated in the results
assessment and implementation. The assignment of teams rather than individuals to the treatment
