Assume that you can count at an average rate of one bill per second, and be sure to allow for the fact that you need about 10 hours a day for sleeping and eating. Which offer should you accept?

So for 1st scenario of 1 bill he will get
3700000000÷50400= 73,412.698
For 2nd scenario he will get 3700000000÷7000=528,571. 42
