The human resource department in an organization can make a very big impact on the
overall performance of the business activities. As such, it is equally important for the human
resource officers and leaders to have a good plan and set goals which support the company’s
mission and objective. As the Human Resource Manager as my career, I would overlook the human
resource department on the changes to staffing and the human resources practices in order to meet
