A young child's development can be effected both positively and negatively.  A child developing into a young adult can be motivated by the environment around him or her or can be discouraged. Example , when a child grows up in a society full of wars , theft , generally a polluted society , that is how he or she is going to learn an will live as per the society faults. On the other hand, a child brought up in a moral and upright society will learn good vices that he or she can use to grow into a young and respected young adult.
