Hello. I am sorry if you are yet to receive your money. However, as far as am concerned study pool always releases money to its tutors very promptly. I can attest to that.
I think if the money has not been released then there is a problem. I think that you might have entered the wrong paypal account when withdrawing. If this was the case Then I am sure your issue might take longer to resolve. However, I also believe that studypool customer care should have contacted you by now.
I will assist you post the complaint. I have attached the screenshot. I just require the details so I can fill up the form and send. Please provide me with details that the form requires except the body part. I will do that for you and then re post the completed complaint and send to study pool. On your right hand corner of your tutor page there is a drop down list. Click on the contact us link. see attached pic.contact.png
The form is also found on study pool homepage. If you scroll to the bottom you will see a link written contact us. Click and you will be redirected to the form.
