The dream of any entrepreneur is to acquire the relevant skills and resources that will
eventually drive them towards success and remain ahead of their competitors. The most crucial
move in entrepreneurship is identifying and responding to the customers effectively not
forgetting that you need to design a product that will be most appealing in the market. For any
business to prosper, the entrepreneur should evaluate their performance in the market field. This
should start by identifying the ten most active customers whom you are willing to buy your
product. These customers should be at least faithful and friendly such that you can discuss with
them any issue and concern about your product. This helps the entrepreneur to build much more
confidence and gives them a scalable opportunity since they get a variety of solutions to any
incoming challenge.
The process should start by talking to the customers and try to validate the full lifecycle
use case, quantified value proposition and check on product specification. If the customers are in
support of the hypothesis, the entrepreneur can go ahead and ask them for a commitment to buy.
