Culture Issues
Organizational culture can be defined as a common set of values, beliefs and assumptions that
regulate people's behavior in the organization. These shared values have a major impact on the
organization's employees and the way they take action, dress and work. The organization
establishes and maintains an exclusivity that provides guidance and restrictions on the behavior
of members of the organization. Every organization has its own personality, just like a person.
This unique personality of a company or organization is called culture. A corporate or
organizational culture is an imperceptible but powerful force that affects the behavior of group
members.
The key to achieving excellent results in an organization is actually a solid culture. Due
to differences in organizational culture, similar strategies do not give similar results for any two
companies operating in the same location and industry. A strong and active person can lead
ordinary people to efficiently execute tasks and create a smart group, while a poor and negative
culture can destroy good employees to achieve lower performance and completion without any
result. Therefore, organizational culture plays a direct and positive role in the operation of the
organization.

may be
counterproductive without considering the impact of organizational culture because the two are
interdependent, and changing one affects the other (Hatch, M. J. & Schultz, M. (1997).
Process orientation
Many organizations have good processes and people usually follow them. This may be the most
important factor in the overall success of the project. If your organization follows an effective
and up-to-date project management process, you are more likely to be consistently successful in
your project. The entire project team typically knows how to create and follow work plans, and

can use standard processes to effectively manage risk, scope changes and issues (Schein, E.H.
(1990).
Governance and Training
Many organizations use processes, but no one respects them. This highlights management issues.
In short, the government is a management function that ensures people do what they should do.
In general, if management structures are involved and the project is of interest, and managers
ensure that their project management processes are respected, they will achieve greater success.
However, if all project managers are autonomous and administrative support is not wise, they
tend to fail. Some organizations have done a poor job in training project leaders. In general, these
organizations are often undertrained. If the project leader usually does not have the right skills
(outside the school) they will not achieve the desired success.
Roles and responsibilities
In a successful organization, people are often aware of their role in the project and their
expectations. This applies to active sponsors, interested customers and stakeholders in relevant
management departments. For example, sponsors must play the role of quality assurance and
become a project. If your organization starts the project and puts the project manager in a
vacuum of leadership, it won't be a sustained success (Schein, E.H. (1990).
If your organization successfully implements a project, culture can play the most
important role. If your organization is having trouble processing a transaction, you can't blame
the project leader. They only work in a culture that does not support their efforts. The project
culture should be strengthened and evaluated, including the head of the organizati...
