    There is need to ensure that the nursing practice is developed based on important
    elements which help in defining the operational environment which can be managed
    within the healthcare environment.
     Evidence based practice incorporates focus on factual processes within nursing
    environment which is highly engaged in ensuring that there is better developmental
    process where there is high level focus and engagement within nursing environment.
     Central line associated bloodstream infections are associated with high indisposition,
    death rate and costs which makes it a serious source of concern in healthcare.
     Patients in intensive care units are at an augmented peril of Central line associated
    bloodstream contagions because 48% of ICU patients have indwelling central venous
    catheters that account for approximately 15 million central line days per years in the
    united states ICU.
