genetic drift: Is a change in a gene due to random sampling of organisms this might also involve a new organism coming into a community as well
Founder effect: This happens when a new population is a established and new genes are formed
Gene flow: This is when there is a migration of genes from on area to another a good example of this would be if you had a group of red birds and blue birds and one of the red birds procreated with a blue bird and an offspring was made.
Nonrandom mating:This is when people in close neat communities will mate with people that they consider as closer relatives sometimes it's part of a religion stand point this is like 1st cousins getting married in Utah.
Natural selection: This is the best trait from a group gets passed on from generation to generation to keep the species alive. This could be a simple as hair color.
Stabilizing selection: This is a form of natural selection where the genes become stable.
