Culture can be defined as the beliefs and the behavioral characteristics of a certain ethnic
group. Every culture has systems of health beliefs explaining what triggers an illness, its cure,
and treatment. Many countries have different ways in which they apply their cultures. This
affects their resolutions when it comes to seeking health care services and treatment. The
Germans, as well as the French Canadian people, have their health care beliefs among them.
These beliefs may affect the way they respond to the health care delivery system in their
countries.
French became the dominant language in French Canada. This was after efforts were
made to make the language a primary one in Quebec. In the modern era, French culture came up
to be protected and celebrated in Quebec and Canada as a whole. In Canada, free universal
health care is ensured at any level of appearance into the administration (Graham et al. 13). The
French-Canadians have linked with the current use of over-the-counter drugs. Acute pain is rated
