the government has got its own needs which it requires to be met. The individuals` ethical needs
have got similarities to the government`s needs since the people expect that the government will
at all times strive to make the society better, ensure equal treatment of every individual, establish
meaningful employment opportunities and generally the people need the government to make the
society a better place for everyone living in it (Korstanje 2016). The governments` needs are
similar to these since the government strives at all times to ensure that the state is improved in all
aspects for the people in the state and the government also requires that the people make the
environment conducive for them to achieve their goals and also that the people get to respect the
