Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

Globalization has led to various countries being invaded by foreign work force. Mostly this work force is more trained and experienced than the natives and mostly displace them in various fields rendering them unemployed. The governments should therefore, prepare it's workforce adequately in the face of foreign employees so that they remain competitive for the arising opportunities. One major way to achieve this is the governments to ensure employee training institutions adopt international standards so that their grandaunts remain competitive in the job market. Adoption of new technology being used in advanced economies is another thing that governments should adopt to avoid it's work force being rendered redundant. The governments should also offer incentives like tax rebates to companies employing locals to encourage them.

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
